ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online GitHub Open-Source Systems Engineer (Python/Rust/Java) (Python3) — AI Code Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $50 - $100/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Python3, JAVA, Rust, Algorithms into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Document technical reasoning, solution approaches, and code decisions to enhance AI training data quality.
• Review and validate peer-contributed code and technical submissions for accuracy and clarity.
• Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar
• A track record building scalable services and APIs
• Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing
• Solid code review instincts
• Proven experience in backend development, with a track record of delivering high-quality and performant projects.
