ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Associate Transactional Legal Counsel — AI Legal Benchmarking — Generative AI Domain Expert at $70 - $90/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Contract Redlining, Contract Negotiation, Contract Drafting, MSAs into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• 1–3 years of experience (in-house or law firm) focused on transactional work, with exposure to agreements such as MSAs and NDAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal knowledge into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing feedback to improve model performance and output precision.

• Compensation Band: $70 - $90/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives.
• Experience or internship at a corporate law firm, ideally touching M&A or fund formation work.
