Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in behavioral analysis, annotation, scenario-based training development, identifying behavioral cues (tone, gesture, speech patterns) into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and offer feedback on model-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness.
• Document insights and best practices for interpreting complex interpersonal interactions.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement through subject matter expertise.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in behavioral analysis, annotation, scenario-based training development, identifying behavioral cues (tone, gesture, speech patterns), written and verbal communication, attention to detail.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Working knowledge of remote collaboration tools and comfort working independently in a digital environment.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging domain expertise to influence emerging AI technologies.
• Compensation Band: $20 - $70/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
