ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE — AI Infrastructure & Operations — Generative AI Domain Expert at $300,000 - $500,000/year. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, AHT, throughput, and delivery metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
• 2+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
• Own from initial concept through completion delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, timelines, and client alignment.
• Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.

Skills & Experience Needed

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000 USD.
