Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Product Ownership & Execution, Data-Driven Product Management, Scope Triage & Prioritization, Speed into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous problems into focused, executable releases.
• Use customer feedback and product data to continuously improve the product.
• Partner closely with engineering and drive alignment across teams.
• Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for product quality.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role owning a live software product.
• Practical background using AI, data, developer tools, or technically sophisticated products is strongly preferred.
• Track record of building customer-facing products that are intuitive and delightful to use.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Practical background using AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, or analytics products.
• Experience taking products from 0→1 and iterating based on real-world usage.
• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000.
